Product Introduction：

◆This machine tool is a deep-hole machining tool, capable of drilling, boring, and nesting deep holes in large-diameter heavy-duty parts。

◆During machining, the workpiece rotates at a low speed, while the tool rotates at a high speed and feeds。

◆The drilling process adopts the BTA (Bore Through Aperture) internal chip evacuation technique。

◆During boring, the process involves using the boring bar to supply cutting fluid forward (towards the head end) and discharging the chips。

◆When nesting, the process method of external chip removal is adopted, which requires the use of dedicated nesting tools, tool holders, and specialized fixtures。

◆According to the machining requirements, the machine tool is equipped with a drill (boring) rod box, allowing the tool to rotate and feed。
